I blog about my daily runs, marathons , trail run and races, fitness and lifestyle in Malaysia. I hope that through these running blogs, you will be inspired, motivated, and challenged to run faster, stronger and longer.
This weekend, my 76-year-old mum and I embarked on a 4km run at the Bandar Springhill, Lukut, Port Dickson that became much more than just a race; it was a celebration of life, love, and the bond between mother and daughter.
The Route
The course was a gentle mix of urban charm and natural beauty. We started in a lively park, with the crisp morning air carrying the laughter and chatter of fellow runners. The first kilometer wound through shaded trails lined with tall trees, their leaves rustling as if cheering us on. A gradual incline greeted us in the second kilometer, challenging but manageable. Mum tackled it with determination, her steady pace a testament to her resilience. The final stretch opened onto a clear path with the sun rising ahead—a fitting metaphor for the joy we felt crossing the finish line together.
Emotion and Happiness
Every step of the run was filled with a deep sense of gratitude. I felt a profound pride watching my mum, her face lit with determination, moving with a grace that defied her years. The run was punctuated by laughter, shared smiles, and the occasional lighthearted complaint about “that sneaky hill.” Crossing the finish line hand-in-hand was not just a moment of triumph but also an overwhelming wave of emotion—happiness, love, and the realization of how precious these moments are.
The Gift of Life
This race was more than just a physical activity; it was a reminder of the gift of life and the importance of cherishing it. Watching my mum, who has lived through decades of ups and downs, embrace the challenge with such enthusiasm was a humbling experience. She reminded me that life is about moving forward, one step at a time, no matter the pace.
Mother-Daughter Bonding
Running together strengthened our bond in ways words cannot capture. It wasn’t just about the race but the shared experience—encouraging each other, exchanging stories as we ran, grumbling as well and soaking in the beauty of the moment. It was a time to connect, to reflect on our journey as mother and daughter, and to create memories that we will both cherish forever.
At the Finish Line
When we crossed the line hand-in-hand, the applause of onlookers seemed distant compared to the rush of emotions within me. I held back tears, not wanting to overwhelm her, but inside, I was overwhelmed with pride and gratitude. Seeing her strength and joy was a gift beyond measure. We hugged, and in that moment, words weren’t necessary—our shared triumph spoke volumes.
Final Thoughts
This race was about so much more than distance; it was about celebrating my mum, her resilience, and the unbreakable bond we share. As I look back on this day, I feel nothing but gratitude—for her, for the memories we created, and for the opportunity to experience such a beautiful moment together. Life truly is a gift, and this 4km run was a reminder of just how precious it is.
Ha Long Bay is renowned for its breathtaking views, and the 21km race here promised a unique way to experience its beauty. However, what began as an exciting challenge turned into one of the toughest physical tests I’ve ever faced. This race was as breathtaking as it was brutal. The scenic beauty of Ha Long Bay provided a stunning backdrop, but the intense heat and unrelenting sun made every kilometer a battle. Blisters set in early, adding an extra layer of difficulty.
The Course
The route was undeniably scenic, winding through lush green hills and offering glimpses of the iconic limestone karsts that make Ha Long Bay so famous. But this beauty came at a cost. The course was demanding, with long, long, long straight roads and stretches that felt endless under the blazing sun. Hubby and I stayed at Paddy Hotel, just about 500m from the race venue. We took a slow walk to the race venue.
The Starting Line: 21km in Ha Long Bay
The atmosphere at the starting line was electric, buzzing with a mix of excitement and nervous energy. Runners of all shapes, sizes, and levels of experience were lined up, their determination written all over their faces.
Bright colors filled the scene, with athletes donning vibrant running gear that seemed to reflect the optimism of the moment. Neon shirts, patterned leggings, and sleek high-performance gear turned the starting area into a dynamic sea of motion.
Models and fitness influencers, clearly in their element, struck poses for cameras while stretching gracefully, effortlessly blending style with athleticism. Their confidence was inspiring, and their energy seemed to uplift the crowd around them.
Meanwhile, the rest of us were in action too—warming up, shaking out nervous jitters, and doing last-minute stretches. The hum of the crowd, the rhythmic sound of feet tapping against the pavement, and the occasional shout of encouragement from spectators created a pulse that matched my own racing heartbeat.
As the countdown began, the excitement peaked. My heart was pounding, not just from anticipation but from the sheer energy of being surrounded by so many passionate runners. When the starting horn blared, it was like releasing a floodgate—an explosion of movement and determination as we surged forward, ready to tackle the challenge ahead.
It was a moment to remember: vibrant, alive, and full of promise.
The 2km Mark: A Battle Already
By the time I reached the 2km mark, my legs were already throbbing. The initial adrenaline rush had worn off, and reality was setting in. My pace slowed as the fast runners surged ahead effortlessly, leaving me in their wake. They moved with a sense of purpose, their strides strong and determined. It was clear—this race wasn’t for the faint of heart, and no one was here for leisure.
I glanced around, hoping to find someone in the same struggle, but it felt like I was alone in a sea of relentless competitors. The gap between me and the pack grew wider, and an unsettling sense of being left behind crept in.
Each step felt heavier than the last, and doubt began to whisper in my mind. Was I already falling too far behind to catch up? But even as I felt the weight of the challenge, I reminded myself: every runner has their own journey. This was mine to conquer, no matter the pace.
Water Station: A Lifeline on the Course
Reaching the first water station felt like stumbling upon an oasis in the desert. The volunteers, cheerful and encouraging, held out cups of water and electrolyte drinks like lifelines. Their energy was infectious, and their shouts of “You’ve got this!” were small but powerful motivators.
The station was a hub of activity. Some runners snatched their drinks mid-stride, spilling half the contents as they powered through, while others, like me, slowed down to savor a brief moment of relief. I splashed some water on my face, trying to cool down under the relentless heat.
Brightly colored markers nearby displayed the distance covered, but instead of relief, the “4km” sign reminded me just how far there was to go. The realization was humbling, but the volunteers’ smiling faces and the small crowd of spectators clapping and cheering gave me the push I needed to keep moving.
These moments of pause at the water stations became mental checkpoints—small victories in a race that was testing every ounce of my endurance. They weren’t just places to hydrate; they were places to reset, refocus, and find the strength to tackle the next stretch of road.
The Long Stretches and Endless Loops
As the race wore on, the course opened up into long, seemingly endless stretches. The road stretched far ahead, unbroken and daunting, with no shade in sight. The monotony of the straight path was mentally draining, each step feeling heavier as the distance seemed to stretch further with every glance ahead.
The loops were even worse. Seeing the same landmarks for the second or third time felt like a cruel joke. My mind battled the fatigue, trying to silence thoughts of how much longer I had to endure. It wasn’t just my legs that ached—it was the slow, creeping doubt that I might not make it.
Runners ahead became distant specks, and those behind were nowhere in sight. I felt stranded in a race that seemed to repeat itself over and over. The heat radiated off the asphalt, amplifying the challenge.
Still, I kept going. One step at a time, focusing on the rhythmic sound of my shoes hitting the pavement. I told myself that every loop completed and every stretch behind me was a victory in itself. It was a slow grind, but I refused to stop moving.
The Challenges
The heat was relentless. Even early in the race, the sun beat down mercilessly, draining energy faster than expected. Despite drinking plenty of water, staying hydrated felt like an impossible task.
Around the halfway mark, blisters started forming, and with every step, they grew more painful. Each kilometer felt like a mental and physical war, as the discomfort combined with the oppressive weather.
The Final Push: A Husband’s Lifesaver Moment
By the time I reached the last stretch, I was running on fumes. My legs felt like lead, my blisters stung with every step, and the heat had drained all my energy. Mentally, I was teetering on the edge of giving up.
That’s when my husband stepped in. Seeing him waiting for me near the course was like a beacon of hope. He didn’t just cheer from the sidelines—he jogged alongside me for 1.5 km, urging me to keep going. His words were exactly what I needed: “You’ve come too far to stop now. You’ve got this!”
If it hadn’t been for him, I’m not sure I would’ve made it. His encouragement reignited a spark in me, giving me the strength to push through the exhaustion and pain. Step by step, with his voice echoing in my mind, I crossed the finish line.
It wasn’t just my race—it was ours. That moment reminded me that even in individual challenges, having someone believe in you can make all the difference.
Despite these hurdles, I pushed through and managed to finish in the nick of time—every step feeling harder than the last. My husband was my ultimate cheerleader, stepping in to rescue me when I needed encouragement the most.
The Finish Line
Crossing the finish line felt like a mix of triumph and exhaustion. I barely made it within the cutoff time, but I did it. The sense of accomplishment outweighed the pain, and despite the challenges, I felt proud of persevering.
Segar Rajoo a.k.a my “Sole”-mate finished a sub-2
Takeaways
This race taught me the importance of preparation—not just physically but mentally too. Better sun protection, smarter pacing, and perhaps a more thorough pre-race shoe check could have made a difference.
Would I recommend this race? For the views and the experience, absolutely. But be ready for a test of endurance like no other.
Final Thoughts
The 21km in Ha Long Bay was one of the hardest races I’ve run. The heat, the sun, and those blisters pushed me to my limits, but they also made crossing the finish line that much sweeter.
While it was far from easy, crossing the finish line was worth every ounce of struggle. It reminded me that sometimes, the toughest races teach us the most about ourselves.
Would I do it again? Maybe after the blisters heal and I invest in some better sun protection!
The Life of a Fitness Instructor: Navigating Happiness, Stress, and Motivation

Being a fitness instructor is both a rewarding and demanding profession. It involves not only physical exertion but also the mental and emotional responsibility of helping others achieve their personal health and wellness goals. As an instructor, one is expected to model fitness, motivate others, and adapt to the challenges that come with a diverse range of clients. In this delicate balance, happiness, stress, and motivation all play pivotal roles in shaping the experience of a fitness instructor.
Happiness in the Role
Happiness often comes from seeing the direct impact of your work on others. There’s immense satisfaction in witnessing someone’s transformation, not just physically but mentally. Helping someone overcome their limitations, improve their self-esteem, or reach a milestone they thought was impossible can provide a deep sense of purpose. It’s the type of job where you see tangible results—clients lose weight, gain strength, and feel more confident, and you are a part of that journey.
The social aspect of being a fitness instructor can also be a source of joy. Building relationships with clients, learning about their lives, and becoming a part of their personal journey fosters a strong sense of community. For many instructors, these relationships bring fulfillment and joy, making the work environment an emotionally uplifting space.
The Reality of Stress
However, the role also comes with its share of stress. Managing different personalities and varying fitness levels can be mentally exhausting. Some clients may have specific needs, such as those recovering from injuries or those dealing with mental health challenges. Tailoring fitness programs to each individual while ensuring progress can add pressure, particularly when clients face setbacks or struggle with motivation.

Another significant source of stress is the physical demand of the job. Teaching multiple classes or sessions in a day can take a toll on an instructor’s own body. Balancing personal fitness with professional obligations can lead to burnout, especially when instructors feel pressured to always be in peak physical condition.
The job’s irregular hours can also add strain. Early morning classes, late evening sessions, or even working on weekends can disrupt personal life and make it challenging to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Motivation: Fuel for Both the Instructor and the Client
For fitness instructors, motivation is the fuel that keeps both them and their clients going. Instructors need to stay motivated to maintain their own fitness regimen, continually educate themselves on the latest fitness trends, and keep their clients engaged. Being the motivator means that on days when you might feel tired or uninspired, you still have to project energy and enthusiasm for those who rely on you.
Motivation often comes from within—a deep-seated passion for health and fitness and a genuine desire to help others. It can also be external, stemming from the successes of clients or the community built around a fitness class or program.
But staying motivated isn’t always easy. There are days when the job feels like a grind, when clients cancel last minute, or when fatigue sets in. On these days, it’s important for instructors to tap into their personal reasons for choosing this career. Whether it’s the joy of seeing progress in clients, the passion for health, or the challenge of pushing limits, motivation is a key element that sustains long-term success in this field.
Balancing Happiness, Stress, and Motivation
For a fitness instructor, the key to a fulfilling career lies in finding the balance between happiness, stress, and motivation. This balance involves setting boundaries, practicing self-care, and recognizing when to take a break to recharge. Just like they advise their clients, instructors must take care of their own physical and mental health, ensuring they have the energy and passion to inspire others.
Moreover, fitness instructors often find that personal happiness comes from knowing their work is impactful. The challenges are part of the process, and overcoming them is what makes the journey rewarding. By managing stress and staying motivated, instructors can create a career that not only helps others but enriches their own lives.
In the end, being a fitness instructor is about more than teaching exercises—it’s about building relationships, fostering growth, and creating a positive impact on people’s lives, all while navigating the ups and downs of the profession. That’s me, Christine Anne Wong. a.k.a CRAZY COACH CHRIS!
Hi-Tea Delight: A Unique Fusion of Comfort and Flavor
I recently indulged in a hi-tea spread at Arena Coffee House with my hubby, that offered an interesting mix of flavors—crispy fried chicken, delicately crafted roti jala, and succulent mussels, fried bee hoon, fried rice and more. Each item brought its own flair to the table, making it a memorable fusion of textures and tastes.
Fried Chicken
The fried chicken was golden and crispy, with a seasoned crust that crackled pleasantly with each bite. The chicken inside was tender and juicy, the perfect companion for an afternoon tea. The seasoning was subtle but flavorful, allowing the crunch to shine. Although not a typical hi-tea item, the fried chicken was a welcome indulgence, offering comfort food vibes while keeping it light enough to enjoy alongside the other items.
Roti Jala
Moving to the roti jala, this traditional Malaysian net-like pancake was a star. Its light, airy texture paired beautifully with the accompanying chicken curry dip, balancing savory and mildly sweet notes. The visual appeal of the intricately woven pancake added a touch of elegance to the spread, making it perfect for a hi-tea. It acted as a soft contrast to the crunch of the fried chicken, offering a versatile flavor profile.
Mussels
The mussels were an unexpected, yet delicious, addition to the menu. Fresh and perfectly cooked, they were served in a light broth or sauce that was aromatic, perhaps with a hint of butter. They added a touch of refinement to the hi-tea, bringing a seafood twist that paired surprisingly well with the other dishes. The briny freshness of the mussels complemented the richness of the fried chicken and the soft delicacy of the roti jala.
Fusion Comforts: A Blend of East and West
This spread, featuring mixed vegetables, spaghetti, bee hoon, and fried rice, brings together a blend of Eastern and Western culinary elements. It’s a meal that caters to diverse tastes, offering a little something for everyone, whether you’re a fan of Italian-inspired pasta, light rice noodles, or comforting fried rice.
Mixed Vegetables
The mixed vegetables were a refreshing and vibrant addition to the plate. Lightly sautéed, they retained their crispness and natural sweetness. The variety of vegetables—such as carrots, broccoli, and peppers—added both color and texture, making it a well-rounded and nutritious side. The simplicity of the preparation allowed the freshness of the vegetables to shine through, balancing the heavier elements of the meal like the fried rice and pasta. This dish was the perfect palate cleanser in between bites of the more indulgent carbs.
Spaghetti
The spaghetti added an unexpected Western touch to the spread. Cooked al dente, the pasta was a little out of place amidst the Asian-inspired dishes, but it held its own. The sauce, if it was a classic tomato-based or perhaps a lighter aglio e olio, was flavorful without overwhelming the dish. The spaghetti Bolognaise though simple, was well-cooked, and served as a filling base for those who appreciate a more international twist in their meal.
Bee Hoon
The bee hoon (rice vermicelli) was a lighter, more delicate option in the mix. Tossed with a light sauce or stir-fried with subtle seasonings, it was an enjoyable contrast to the spaghetti. The bee hoon’s soft texture and mild flavor paired nicely with the mixed vegetables, and it had just the right amount of seasoning to be flavorful without being too heavy. A touch of soy or garlic would’ve elevated it even further, but it was satisfying in its simplicity.
Fried Rice
Lastly, the fried rice was the comfort food hero of the meal. Rich, fragrant, and full of umami, it had a well-balanced blend of textures, with small bites of egg, vegetables, and perhaps a bit of protein. Each grain of rice was perfectly fried, not too greasy but still full of that classic wok-fried flavor. The seasoning was on point, with a slight hint of soy sauce and maybe a dash of sesame oil adding depth. The fried rice tied everything together, bringing a familiar, hearty touch to the otherwise diverse selection.
Sweet and Savory Harmony:
A recent spread of desserts and light bites featured an intriguing combination of samosas, kuih koci, puddings, salads, and longan. This unique mix of sweet and savory items created a delightful fusion of flavors, textures, and cuisines that left a lasting impression.
Samosa
Starting with the samosas, these golden pockets of goodness offered a perfect crispy crunch on the outside and a warm, spiced filling on the inside. Traditionally filled with potatoes and peas, the samosas were seasoned with the right blend of cumin, coriander, and turmeric, creating a hearty and comforting snack. The crispy pastry contrasted beautifully with the soft, flavorful filling, making it an ideal savory option to balance out the sweeter treats in the spread.
Kuih Koci
The kuih koci was a standout item, offering a traditional Malay dessert experience. Wrapped in banana leaves, this sticky rice dumpling, filled with sweet coconut and palm sugar, delivered an authentic taste of local flavors. The chewy texture of the glutinous rice combined with the rich, caramel-like filling was indulgent yet not too sweet, making it a perfect bite-sized treat. The kuih’s natural earthy flavors, from the banana leaf wrapping, added an aromatic touch that elevated the dessert.
Puddings
Next up were the puddings, a creamy and smooth addition to the dessert selection. Whether it was a rich chocolate or a lighter vanilla pudding, each serving was silky in texture and gently sweetened, offering a melt-in-your-mouth experience. The puddings were not overly rich, making them easy to enjoy without overwhelming the palate. Served in small portions, they provided a delicate contrast to the more textured and heavier elements like the samosas and kuih koci.
Longan
Finally, the longan, a tropical fruit known for its sweet, juicy flesh, added a refreshing burst of sweetness. Its light, lychee-like flavor complemented the richer items like the kuih koci and puddings perfectly. Served either fresh or as part of a warm dessert soup, the longan was a cooling and light way to round out the meal. Its natural sweetness and juiciness provided a nice break from the more filling and heavier dishes, leaving a clean, sweet aftertaste.
Overall Experience
It was a pleasure to enjoy a hi-tea that delivered on every front—affordability, variety, and a relaxing ambiance, making it a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
Affordability One of the standout features of this hi-tea was its affordability. Despite offering a wide range of delicious items, it remained budget-friendly, making it accessible without compromising on quality. The value for money was impressive, with each dish well-prepared and portioned generously enough to satisfy without overwhelming. For anyone looking to indulge in a hi-tea experience without breaking the bank, this is a fantastic option.
Variety The variety offered was another highlight. From savory to sweet, the spread had something for everyone. Dishes like crispy fried chicken, soft roti jala, fresh mussels, and lighter options like mixed salads and desserts like kuih koci and puddings provided a well-rounded mix of flavors and textures. Each item was thoughtfully prepared, offering diverse choices for different tastes. The range ensured that you could savor a little bit of everything, keeping the experience dynamic and exciting.
Relaxing Atmosphere The relaxing atmosphere added to the overall charm. Whether you’re sitting indoors or enjoying an outdoor view, the ambiance was calm and inviting. Soft music and comfortable seating allowed for a leisurely experience, perfect for a casual afternoon catch-up or a moment to unwind. The staff was attentive yet not intrusive, letting you enjoy your time at your own pace, which added to the overall sense of ease and relaxation.
Enjoyable Experience All these elements combined to create an enjoyable and memorable hi-tea. The affordability made it guilt-free, while the variety ensured that every palate was catered to. The tranquil setting allowed you to fully immerse yourself in the experience, leaving you feeling refreshed and satisfied.
For anyone looking for a relaxing afternoon with a delightful range of food, this hi-tea hits all the right notes—affordable, diverse, and most importantly, thoroughly enjoyable.

The sessions encouraged teamwork, as kids danced in pairs and small groups, fostering friendships and camaraderie.
Making a Difference Together
The event wasn’t just about having fun; it was about making a difference in our community. Families and friends gathered to cheer on the young dancers, creating a supportive environment that amplified the sense of community spirit.
A Community Celebration
Zumba Kids was a highlight of the day, but the event also featured various activities, including face painting, a bake sale, and raffle prizes, pool party and many more performances. Local businesses generously donated items, further enhancing the community feel. The combination of energetic dance and family-friendly activities created an unforgettable experience for all ages.
Looking Ahead
As we reflect on the success of our fundraising event, we are filled with gratitude for everyone who participated and supported our cause. Zumba Kids not only brought joy and excitement but also showcased the importance of health, fitness, and community involvement. We look forward to continuing this tradition, inspiring more kids to dance and giving back to our community in the process.
Thank you to everyone who joined us for this fun-filled day! Let’s keep moving, dancing, and making a difference together!
Zumba Kids is a popular class that combines elements of dance and aerobics. With their favorite music accompaniment, kids learn to move, listen to the rhythm, exercise their bodies, and improve their health.
In Zumba Kids we adjust the class to make it suitable for children. There are two classes; Zumba Kids Jr. (age 4-7) and Zumba Kids (age 8-12).
Most importantly, ensure that your ZUMBA KIDS’ INSTRUCTOR is licensed and certified to teach and conduct the class!
The main differences are:-
– teaching style. There’s more spoken instruction and moves are broken down in a way that’s appropriate for the developmental age of the child
– warm up and cool down. Children warm up and cool down faster than adults so we take this into consideration
– movements. We use movements that are appropriate for children’s bodies and that they love – like jumping and turning (exactly the kind of thing we take out of Zumba Gold!)
– song lyrics and style. I am more careful when choosing music for these classes that it’s age appropriate (although I rarely use anything other than PG music even in my regular classes!)
There are lots of benefits of Zumba for children, few of them are mentioned below:

Zumba Kids classes are great for all children, especially those who don’t enjoy competitive sports and help integrate children who want to be in the spotlight with those who are a little bit quieter, so they all have a wonderful time in class.
Zumba is a great fun activity as it allows your child to jump, dance, shake and swing their hips. It also breaks down steps, adds games, activities, and cultural elements, and helps develop a healthy lifestyle for children. The prominent one is that Zumba is a great stress buster. It can help your child burn calories, tone up, sweat, and give out a flawless glow.
Zumba helps build endurance, and cardiovascular fitness improves blood pressure and quality of life. Zumba is a dance workout that your child will enjoy. Happy hormones are released in the body by doing Zumba. The level of serotonin, which makes you feel better, increases. This keeps the mood good and also reduces stress.
Learning and remembering dance moves works on strengthening the memory and creativity of your child. Are you a parent looking forward to your child joining a physical activity? Then, Zumba will be a good choice. It will help your child maintain a healthy and happy lifestyle.
Zumba Gold is a lower-intensity version of the typical Zumba class and was designed to meet the anatomical, physiological and psychological needs of seniors. It incorporates low-impact movements that are gentle on the joints, making it ideal for seniors with joint issues or limited mobility. The rhythmic dance movements in Zumba Gold provide a cardiovascular workout, improving heart health and circulation.
Who is Zumba Gold participants?
Many Zumba Gold participants are active older adults, beginner participants and anyone else that for whatever reason doesn’t feel up to participating in a regular Zumba class but still loves to dance. I have participants in Zumba Gold that also attend regular Zumba classes but like to supplement regular Zumba with the low impact Zumba Gold once a week. They find in Zumba Gold they have more time to work on perfecting their footwork, and more time to enjoy the music.
WHAT MAKES ZUMBA GOLD DIFFERENT? ISN’T IT JUST A SLOWED-DOWN VERSION OF ZUMBA?
No. And yes…
Many of the songs I use in regular Zumba classes I will also use in my Zumba Gold class, but the choreography is usually a little bit different. I will swap out any high impact moves with low impact alternatives, I leave out a lot of the hip movements, swivelling and pivoting and any jerky or uncontrolled movements. There are some moves that are always performed at half tempo in Zumba Gold, but many of the moves you know and love from regular Zumba classes are the same in Zumba Gold.
A salsa that I would teach in my regular class would be taught the same in Zumba Gold except I would “tame it down” so to speak no order to make it appropriate for the participants.
That’s not to say that I don’t break out into full-on Zumba craziness now and again – because I do – but I do that to entertain the class (and only for a few seconds at a time), I don’t intend for them to follow my lead on those occasions {and they rarely do, generally, they break out into fits of laughter and giggles}.
How long is a Zumba Gold Class?
The class I teach is normally 50-55 minutes in length, but this can vary from instructor to instructor and class to class. Most Zumba Gold classes are 45, 50 or 60 minutes in length.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING WITH ME?
Wear whatever you can move comfortably in – a T-shirt or sleeveless shirt, pants or shorts and a pair of sneakers. Bring a bottle of water, and if you are someone who tends to sweat when you exercise, a small towel wouldn’t be a bad idea either!
